Jackie Belanger

Jackie Belanger is the Director of Assessment & Planning at the University of Washington Libraries. In this role, she focuses on quantitative and qualitative assessments designed to improve Libraries services, spaces, and resources for Libraries users. Recent publications include work on using design thinking to improve services for transfer students and assessing student learning outcomes.
