- Derik Badman is the Digital Services Librarian at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. His website Madinkbeard is home to his comics criticism, blog, and webcomic (Things Change: The Metamorphoses Comic). He has been working in libraries non-stop since he was 16.
- Brett Bonfield is a 2007 graduate of Drexel University’s library school and the director of the Collingswood (NJ) Public Library. His writing has appeared in Library Journal, Reference and User Services Quarterly, ACRLog, PLA Blog, and other library and nonprofit technology publications.
- Ellie Collier is very proud to be a reference librarian at Austin Community College where she works to help people with limited technology skills, be they patrons or fellow librarians, take small steps to become more comfortable using the myriad of technologies available to us today.
- Hilary Davis is Assistant Head, Collection Management for Engineering & E-Science at the North Carolina State University Libraries in Raleigh, NC. She tends to obsess about her yard and keep spreadsheets of BBQ restaurants in NC.
- Emily Ford is Project Director for Oregon Health Go Local, a consumer health project coordinated out of Oregon Health & Science University. When not nerding out or librarianing, she’s probably adventuring somewhere on her bicycle or petting her cat.
- Kim Leeder is amazingly last on the authors list even though found only halfway through the alphabet. She is a reference and instruction librarian at Boise State University in Boise, Idaho, from whence she takes eager part in reinventing the library profession.
