Mariana Regalado

Mariana Regalado is associate professor at Brooklyn College where, as head of reference, she assists students to become smart, curious, and confident information seekers. Her academic background includes both an MA in anthropology and an MLS, which are brought together in her current research: multi-year, multi-campus studies of the daily experience of undergraduates as students at the City University of New York. Her interest in how students experience the research process, travel through their days, use technology and describe their satisfactions and frustrations in turn informs her practice as a librarian.
