Mary Markland

Mary is the Director of the Guin Library at the Hatfield Marine Science Center/OSU in Newport, Oregon. Prior to that, she was a clinical medical librarian for the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in Fargo, ND. Mary has also held positions at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, North Dakota State University and Virginia Tech. She has a BS with distinction in Biology from Iowa State University and an MA in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
